Shipping Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Tracking is sent via email once your order is fulfilled. We ship domestically and internationally — international delivery times vary by destination. Returns Most items at MADHOURS are produced in limited quantities. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered items with original tags attached. Sale items and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return. To start a return, email orders@madhours.com with your order number. We respond within one business day.
